mixed feelings about the stay

soap geldifficult refill

I was disappointed when the body soap gel wasn't replenished by housekeeping, after bringing the empty bottle to reception for a refill i was told it was too late. i really needed to shower after dinner and had to insist they refill it. It shouldn't have been so difficult. the staff eventually helped, but the initial response was frustrating.
